EuroQ successfully certified according to DIN ISO 9001:2015
DIN ISO 9001:2015 is the current successor to DIN ISO 9001:2008, according to which EuroQ has been internationally certified.
In principle, certification according to DIN ISO 9001 proves that quality orientation in every partial process determines the thinking and action of the company. Quality management is a driving force for a constant increase in performance.
This is the case even more for a quality assurance company such as EuroQ, which is why we were certified according to DIN ISO 9001:2008 directly at the foundation of EuroQ in 2008. We are very proud that we are currently one of the first companies in the industry, which has already implemented the new standard and has achieved certification.
Technological services already implemented early
Over the years, we have continually developed and digitized services and processes.
One example is the measurement of customer satisfaction. Since the middle of 2015 every customer has been able to evaluate every single order via an online questionnaire sent to him. The results of this assessment are presented in real-time on our website, visible to all website visitors, as an overall evaluation and also in the form of individual KPIs. (The measurement of customer satisfaction with KPIs is one of the key issues in the new standard 9001:2015).
In order to offer our customers always new innovative solutions, we will continue to focus on technology-based tools and processes.
First certification for EuroQ Personal Solution
For the first time, our new subsidiary, EuroQ Personal Solution GmbH, was also certified. Since the beginning of 2017, we’ve been providing qualified specialists from the areas of quality support, quality engineering and administration with a broad range of skills up to senior engineering levels.
Certification shows high international quality requirements
The renewed international certification shows that our quality requirements and our quality systems are at a high level. It also documents that our customers worldwide can rely on the consistently high quality of our services and processes, whether in Europe, the USA or at other locations.
These are the major innovations of DIN ISO 9001:2015
Concept of risk-based thinking:
Organizations are to identify and adequately take risks. The standard assumes that a basic understanding of product and service-related risk assessments is becoming increasingly important.
More freedom in documentation:
Through their specific competences and structures, the organization can decide for itself what it wants to document to what extent.
Better applicability for service providers:
The recast is even more focused on the needs of service providers.
Concept of interested parties (stakeholders):
Organizations should not be concerned solely with legal and regulatory requirements and with your customers, but also with the relationship with their employees, partners, suppliers and other relevant parties.
Improving customer satisfaction:
Process monitoring and measurement is enhanced by defining and measuring the necessary inputs and expected outputs in the form of KPIs for each process.
